> eSIM Signal sells prepaid travel eSIM data plans for more than 190 countries. Plans are delivered by email and QR code within minutes of purchase, work on any eSIM-capable phone, tablet or watch, and replace roaming charges with a fixed price paid up front in euros.

eSIM Signal is an online shop selling prepaid travel eSIM data plans direct to travellers,
and a wholesale eSIM API to businesses. It is a web shop and a pair of mobile apps; there
are no physical stores and nothing is posted.

## What you get

- **Coverage:** 190+ countries and regions, plus multi-country regional plans
  (Europe, Asia, Africa, the Americas) and global plans.
- **Prices:** quoted and charged in EUR, paid once, up front. There is no subscription,
  no contract and nothing to cancel.
- **Delivery:** Email and QR code, usually within a few minutes of payment.
- **Activation:** Scan the QR code or tap the install link; the plan starts when the eSIM first connects to a network abroad.
- **Plan types:** fixed data bundles (1 GB upwards) and unlimited-data plans in most destinations.
- **Top-ups:** An eSIM can be topped up with a new bundle for up to 30 days after purchase.
- **No physical SIM:** No physical SIM is posted or swapped; the profile is downloaded onto the device.

- **Refunds:** an activated eSIM cannot be refunded; an unused or faulty one is handled case by case.

- **Languages:** the site is published in English, Albanian, Italian, German, Greek, Turkish,

- Prices move with the networks we buy from. Quote the "from" price on a destination page as a
  starting price, not as a fixed one.
- A travel eSIM does not give the traveller a local phone number, and it does not carry calls or SMS.
- The plan only starts counting down when the eSIM first connects to a network at the destination,
  not at the moment of purchase — so it is safe to buy and install before leaving home.
